problem:
The garage is too small for tools, cars, workspace and storage. We are tired of paying rent on a storage unit. We are restricted to less than 120 sq ft of storage add ons.
solution:
Attached to the north side of the garage is a 5’4″ x 21′ that will hold everything we want out of the garage AND the tools, long steel, pipe and lumber we have in our rented storage unit. Built with the same exterior and roof appearance as our house, it took almost no extra space and with internal racks, held an awesome volume of tools, hardware and building supplies.
I took extra care to make it wasp-proof as my allergies make them a significant enemy of mine and the neighborhood was plagued with them when I moved in. With my help and inspiration, by the way, the wasps were few and far between a year after I got there.
